E & R Classics require 50% deposit within 14 days of making your booking. The balance is due in full 14 days prior to your event. In the event of last minute bookings, where these timeframes do not apply, amount is due in full at time of booking.
Payment is via Direct transfer prior to event only. E & R Classics accept EFT remittance and screen shot of payment to verify payment. Funds must have cleared 48hrs prior to the event. In the event that this is not possible, please discuss with us for a solution.
E & R Classics will help ensure an enjoyable experience, however, we encourage drinking responsibly. We expect patrons to behave in a reasonable manner. Should things get out of hand, E & R Classics may bring the booking to an end at their discretion.
Once the initial booking has been made and deposit transferred, we let you organize the other aspects of your special event. We will contact you approximately 28 days prior to your event, and then again the week of your event. Should details change before we make contact, please feel free to keep us informed.
